Whether you’re a writer, a reader, or some relation of mine feeling slightly obligated to read this, you’ve come to the write place. My name is Bethany S Ash and I am a writer. I have written several short stories and published two on Amazon. I have also written a novel.
Unfortunately, for anyone who has to do editing of any kind of their own work, you will know that editing feels like going to the dentist, getting your hand stuck in the Pringle’s can, or burning your favorite home-cooked meal.
However, I will be looking to share with you guys characters, cut scenes, in-depth looks, and world building pictures as I continue to edit. I will also be publishing my newest short story on Amazon very soon and will put out some easter eggs on my blog about that.
I decided to finally make the website that I should have made a couple of years ago because one, it was about time. The other reason was I wanted to share my stories, tips, personal life, and other fun blurbs with my fans. This will be your number one place for new updates about upcoming books, writing inspiration, and writing advice (unless, of course, you subscribe to my email list, then you don’t even have to make it all the way here!).
For all blog posts going forward, including this one, I encourage everyone to post a comment. Even if you have nothing more to say than “nice website” (which in Latin really just means a “no knowledge” blog, but no hard feelings here), I love to hear feedback, good or bad. I do ask that you keep it fair with good critiquing skills. It’s one thing to disagree, but quite another to use words to tear others down. That’s not what I believe words should be used for, so keep it civil and we will be good!
